小編自上篇提姆大叔的文章之後已逾一年，
時時聽到過去一年多來很棒的鄉村音樂作品，
但都沒機會完成介紹文的撰寫嗚嗚嗚嗚，
只斷斷續續私下翻完了幾篇我鍾愛的歌詞。
終於!排除萬難!
這次要介紹的是
我近幾年非常欣賞的一位新村音樂創作新人才女──
Kelsea Ballerini。
印象很深刻，
小編初次聽見Kelsea的作品正是其三年前於鄉村電台熱播的
debut single '' Love Me Like You Mean It"，
當時的我不僅對於那首歌的歌詞有強烈的connection，
曲風的mature、current與catchy，加上Kelsea自然舒服的唱腔，
立刻讓小編的耳朵彷若找到新村音樂的另一片新大陸，
非常fresh，不造作不扭捏的創作風格，
很真實地流漏創作者本身生活經驗的反射。
其中，
Kelsea在譜寫lyrics的思維理路方面，
小編很欣賞其就算面對低盪、挫折或、悲傷等負面情緒，
總會回歸到各種情緒與經驗更深層之正面本質，
所以每每聆聽完Kelsea的作品，總能對單一的故事，透過不同面向與角度去reflect，去感受，
然後得到全然獨到之生命體驗，
這亦是小編對此新星讚譽有加之一點!
去年初發行的Peter Pan，
以經典奇幻故事的手法將心愛的另一半喻作永遠長不大的彼得潘，
更是遠遠超過前兩首主打歌"Love Me Like You Mean It" "Dibs"的成績，
由此更奠定其不容小覷之創作實力與天分。
這次，
小編將介紹的反而是Kelsea即將到來的second album ''Unapologetically''中的
首波主打"Legends"。
當初作品剛釋出不久，
Kelsea即發表了一段給粉絲感謝的話，也為這首歌作了發人深省的註解：
“When I wrote this song, I knew it was the beginning of the next chapter.”
“And while I hope you hear your own story of love or loss and the lyrics bring you to your own place of nostalgia, I also hope you hear our story
… [Y]ou and I have fought for each other. We’ve shown up for each other. We’ve been neon in grey crowds. We’ve written our own story. We were legends.”
有別於一般鄉村抒情音樂的多愁善感，
這支作品雖是帶有對過往感情苦澀酸甜的反思與回顧，
但Kelsea選擇以更成熟、更感恩的視野與心態去詮釋這段已逝去的愛，
因為每段感情在生命當中都是最獨一無二的故事，記憶中最美的片段。
兩個當時緊緊相偎的靈魂，
無論是否須面對各種形式的結束或分離，
已創造了屬於彼此生命旅程下傳奇的心靈印記。
毫無疑問，
每種愛情的樣貌與情感之呈現，皆像一幅全開的風景畫，
毫無保留地將各種可能性角度之美延綿開展，
深刻，絢爛，且動人。
